I’m proud to have spent much of my career in construction, an industry that shapes how we live, work, and move. I’m also convinced it is entering one of its most consequential periods of change. AI, software, and new business models can transform how we build; but only when they are grounded in deep and nuanced understanding of how construction works.

That is the gap DOF Advisory exists to bridge. My perspective comes from having spent 12+ years of my career on different sides of the industry across construction SaaS, AI, strategy consulting, private equity, real estate, and large-scale infrastructure delivery.

I’m proud to have spent much of my career in construction, an industry that shapes how we live, work, and move. I’m also convinced it is entering one of its most consequential periods of change. AI, software, and new business models can transform how we build; but only when they are grounded in a deep and nuanced understanding of the construction industry.

That is the gap DOF Advisory exists to bridge. My perspective comes from 12+ years of experience across different sides of the industry: construction SaaS, AI, strategy consulting, private equity, real estate, and large-scale infrastructure delivery.

At Procore's corporate strategy organization, I worked across product strategy, GTM, pricing & packaging, competitive and growth strategies for the company’s entire product portfolio — including leading a platform pricing and packaging transformation that drove significant revenue growth and improved sales metrics.

At L.E.K. Consulting, a global strategy consultancy, I led private equity strategy and M&A (buy-side and sell-side) due diligence engagements in the technology, construction & industrials sectors.

I have worked on a combined $3B+ in infrastructure and capital projects for a Top-three ENR 400 general contractor as a licensed professional engineer, and today serve as an AI and ConTech advisor for an enterprise owner-builder-operator.

Those experiences taught me that the hardest problems are rarely solved by deep expertise in a single domain. My somewhat unconventional career choices reflect that philosophy: I value rigorous reasoning and cross-disciplinary perspectives, but I care more about first-principles alignment than convention, and about preserving the freedom to work on problems I find meaningful.

DOF is the synthesis of those perspectives. The goal is simple: help the people building and funding construction technology understand the industry deeply enough to transform it.
